AirTool Hub Partner Terms, Conditions & Opportunities

1. Program Overview
AirTool Hub is a community-powered tool rental and service network operated by AirTool New Zealand Limited. Hub Partners operate local micro-hubs that support tool sharing, rentals, and community service delivery within their assigned territory. By joining, Hub Partners agree to operate under the AirTool platform rules while benefiting from multiple income streams and growth opportunities.
2. Hub Partner Opportunities
Hub Partners may earn and benefit from:
- Tool Rental Service Fee — 45% of total tool rental income generated through their hub
- Community Partner Commissions — Earnings from connecting users, helpers, and services in the local area
- Platform Incentives & Bonuses — Performance-based rewards (growth, activity, retention, and service quality)
- Local Business Add-On Opportunities — Ability to onboard local businesses for advertising, services, and tool partnerships
- Founding Hub Partner Advantage:
- Early access positioning in selected regions
- Enhanced visibility in the platform ranking system
- Priority in future expansion programs and feature testing
3. Territory Rights
- Each Hub Partner may be assigned an exclusive or semi-exclusive territory (e.g., 10km radius) depending on population density and demand
- Territory protection is subject to performance and compliance
- AirTool reserves the right to adjust boundaries for platform growth and fairness
4. Responsibilities
Hub Partners must:
- Maintain and manage local tool inventory (storage, listing, availability)
- Support rental pickup and return operations
- Ensure tools are safe, functional, and correctly documented
- Provide basic customer support within their area
- Follow platform pricing, booking, and operational rules
- Comply with safety and legal requirements in New Zealand
5. Platform Rules & Compliance
- All bookings and payments must be processed through the AirTool system
- Direct off-platform transactions are not permitted for listed tools
- Misuse of platform data, users, or branding is prohibited
- AirTool reserves the right to suspend or remove Hub access for violations
6. Revenue Model Structure
AirTool acts as the central booking, payment, and trust platform. Revenue is distributed automatically based on:
- Tool ownership
- Hub service involvement
- Platform fee structure (varies by service type)
7. Term & Review
- Partnership is ongoing but subject to periodic performance review
- AirTool may update terms with notice to all Hub Partners
- Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms
8. Strategic Vision
AirTool Hub is designed to evolve into a distributed local infrastructure network, where each Hub becomes:
- A tool-sharing micro-economy
- A local service coordination point
- A community earning node
- A foundation for future logistics, repair, and service automation
